Believing life can be changed

I was introduced to Amita through a friend. She always shares her experience at Amita and its products’ concept, letting me know that the whole concept behind is set off from the understanding of life. Then, I had a look at Amita’s leaflet writing “Can we change our lives?” and I started to question - can it really be changed? After reading the products’ illustrations in detail, I was even more confused and many questions come up in my mind.

Later, I went to the Open Day that Amita took part in. Though their booth was at an unnoticeable corner, it amazingly attracted the most visitors. The photos of Amita’s product users hung on the wall aroused visitors’ attentions. On the photos, their looks have changed – they are more confident and happier. No wonder why a great deal of before and after photos have been used in advertising to show the contrast. How impressive!

Trying Amita’s products at the exhibition, I had some feelings, but I just didn’t know how to describe it. Strictly speaking, without any overwhelming feeling, I could walk away and leave it behind. However, according to my friend’s explanation, Amita’s products are developed based on the understanding of life. Then, what is their understanding of life? What have they done to make such a change? Hence, I chose not to use their products at the first place. Instead, by the logic of self-protection, I chose to join their classes in order to understand their philosophy before deciding rather I would use their products or not.

I have to be honest that I am the kind of person who would blame others easily and would feel discontented when others could not meet my requirement. I always think that it is just a “standard requirement”, which do not even bothered to be reminded, and should be met without request. However, this is not the way of reasoning of others. I, therefore, keep explaining and explaining with discontentment. Prior to attending the class (Level 1), Amita would include a week usage of basic Amita’s products – GTI and PCCM – as preparation for the life transformation. During one week of application of the products, I paid extra attention to myself to see if there was any change or feeling, but I also reminded myself that I shouldn’t wait for it attentively. I felt and realised something different. I felt calm inside. I could listen to others’ explanations with patience and more understanding. Even though others could not really meet my requirement, I could accept it more easily. Having such an experience, I looked forward very much to the class ‘Level I’.

From the class ‘Level I’ base on the understanding of life, the class uses a scientific approach to explain life’s structure, correlation among human beings, origins of life and matter, and causes of human emotions. To conclude, the whole concept is science-orientated explaining the close relationship between phenomena in life and our lives.

Having finished Level 1, though I still have a lot of questions in my mind, I fervently expect to Level 2, to have a deeper understanding and to further understand life. It is because I believe that life can be changed.

相信生命可以改變

經朋友介紹認識「無量光(Amita)」，她不時分享在「無量光」的親身體驗和產品概念，知道背後的理念是從理解生命開始。再查看「無量光」的公司單張，一句“我們可以改變生命嗎？”便開始有點懷疑，真的可以改變？再細看產品的解構圖，更添迷惘，連串的問號在腦海中不停的盤旋。

往後，到「無量光」的開放日，不知為何，「無量光」的展覽位置在不起眼的角落，但出奇地吸引到最多到場的觀眾。坦白而言，當時令人駐足觀望的是掛放了一張張用了無量光產品的朋友照片，臉孔有著明顯的轉變，每個人變得更自信更開心。怪不得很多廣告都喜歡用上“用前”“用後”作一個明顯對照，令人印象難忘。說老實話，當日在開放日試用「無量光」的產品，有些許感覺，但說不出是什麼；嚴格來說，沒有太大的感覺，理應不需理會，可一走了之。但是，朋友以往的講解，「無量光」的產品是基於對生命的理解而產生，那麼他們對生命的理解，是什麼？他們做過什麼可以有這樣的改變？因此，我先不選用「無量光」的產品，反而參加她的課程，先了解背後的理念，以便日後再決定是否用她的產品，作為保障自己的一種思維邏輯。

在參加Level I 課程前，需要用上「無量光」基本產品 (米紙與貼紙)，為現有的生命系統轉化作準備。在這段日子裡，細心留意自己有什麼轉變或感覺，但亦提點自己不用刻意的等待。 平日巳經知道自己較容易責備他人，不滿人家達不到自己的要求，認為只是“一般要求”，不用提點，理應辦得妥當，奈何對方真的沒有這種思維方式，只好帶著不滿的情緒不停講解。當中，感覺到了，開始體會一些不同，發覺心裡較平和，能耐心聆聽對方的解釋，多了理解與體諒，沒有那麼容易動肝火，即使知道對方真的達不到自己的要求水平，內心較以往容易接受。由於有這種體驗，更期待上課的時刻。

整個課程，基於對生命的理解，以科學的角度解釋生命的架構、人與人之間的關連性、人生種種事物的由來與產生個人情緒的分析。總括而言，整個理念以科學為依歸，解釋人生的種種，與我們的生命有著密切的關係。

課程的完結，雖然心中仍有不少的問號，反而更加熱切期待Level II 的課程，更深入了解，更明白生命，因為我相信生命是可以改變的。
